went for dance today...but there isnt practice nxt week. on the way to church, michel called n asked if i had a plastic bag. she was carrying a paperbag with her blades in it but it teared. so sorry, but nopes, i didnt have one. she was going to east coast park for section outing later on with keith n cherie. we wanted to ask the vendor selling food for a plastic bag but she dare not. then nvm n we went up for prac.
learnt another 2 eighths. i LUV the pendulum step. i must say alicia is a great dance head! ju was there today too! she was sitting at the back watching us strut our moves.
Practice Makes Perfect. its true. have been practicing the steps whenever i have the time. for example, while wating for the bus, i'll think of the steps and dance in my head. it really helps me not forget my steps.
back to the point. during practice, we had to perform in front of yr other dance mates. cherie put me in front n in the middle. was a little nervous that i wd forget the steps. PRACTICE. i must PRACTICE MORE. concluding, we've learnt 7 eighths of the dance routine so far. coming back on week 4 to learn more! I LUV DANCE!!!
after practice, went for lunch with daddy, mummy n sophia. then went to toa payoh for a haircut. waited quite a long time for my turn. i wish that my hair was shorter n that they wd do a better job of my fringe. but anw, too late.
we went to view a showflat after that. [its called LeCrescendo] it was @ paya lebar n guess what! beside TCC PL! the building [tcc@pl] is almost ready n its super big. didnt like the outdoor staircase though. what about the ppl scared of heights? what about rain? but anw, really look forward to going there nxt year. glad that most of my frens are posted there too!
back to the showflat. the condo was built alrdy but only 75% sold. the place, not bad. just that the unoccupied units are very dusty. i love the 3+1 n 4 bedroom units. both types have private lift to yr hse. that's cool. almost similar to my present hse but the diff is when u come out of the lift, its inside yr hse liaoz. n u need a card to get into the lift n to yr level [for security reasons] facilities were good. liked the water features :) heard that bryan lives there. but i dunno what unit. cos i heard him say that he everyday look downstairs at PL, that's the only condo beside PL so i'm quite sure that's the condo he lives in.
dunno if we're gonna buy a unit. maybe not, though i wd really luv to. so convenient. church's just nxt door, u r in the middle of 2 mrt stations that are only a 3-min walk from yr hse. then why not? cos we've bought Intero alrdy. not advisable to buy 2 hses [$$] the property agent advised us that if we wanted a unit, we shd maybe sub-sale our Intero apartment before TOP so we could get $$. considering but still looking around for other apartments. but i think we'd better find a suitable one soon cos we have to move out by June 2007. [if u still dunno, a developer bought over the land n gave each unit $$, in other words, we're Enblock-ing].
kayys, i would stop here today. there's training tomorow. i hope it rains man... :D
